A five year Limited warranty is available only to the original owner who purchased a product directly from Vintage Sound or from an authorized dealer.

All warranty work will be performed by Vintage Sound Amps at our facility unless prior authorization has been granted by Vintage Sound.

To obtain warranty services and repairs you must register your product within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase receipt.

The limited warranty period is five (5) years from the date of purchase. After this five (5) year period, parts and labor charges will apply.

All tubes and speakers are specifically exempted from the five (5) year limited warranty and are limited to a ninety (90) day warranty.

The limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence to the product.

Product warranty is only valid in the United States of America.

A valid warranty claim will be needed to issue an RA number.

Upon obtaining an RA number, please contact vintagesound@bellsouth.net to discuss shipping arrangements.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Vintage Sound Amps, LLC.

Vintage Sound Amps will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after warranty service is complete during the first 6 months after purchase.

The limited warranty will not cover any Vintage Sound Amps product which has been serviced or modified by the owner or by any unauthorized person.
